This family farm is managed by Rodrigo Sanchez Valencia using cultivation techniques that began with his Grandfather. Through a blend of tradition and innovation, Rodrigo has perfected a unique Piña Colada co-fermented washed process. This Purple Caturra cultivar has been infused with the tropical flavors of fresh pineapple and dried coconut through a fermentation process taking place over the course of 150 hours. This coffee will take you on a journey to the tropics; under palm trees soaking up the summer sun.
